Chipotle is celebrating National Avocado day with a free cryptocurrency giveaway.
Chipotle, the casual food restaurant chain established in 1993, launched a campaign where users can earn free cryptocurrency by participating in an interactive online game.
On July 25th, Chipotle announced the launch of the online game, which will give away $200K worth of crypto. The participants will be able to win Bitcoin, Ethereum, Avalanche, Solana, and Dogecoins.

The online initiative is valid until July 31, national Avocado day. The participants can join the game every single day from 10 am PT to 6 pm PT up to three times per day.
According to Chipotle, no one leaves the game without prizes. The company will also give away promo codes for guacamole and queso Blanco dip for one cent.
The company is planning to award five customers with $2,000 worth of Bitcoin, five customers with $1,000 worth of Ethereum, and another five with $250 worth of Solana per day. The most players, 20, will receive $150 worth of Avalanche and $150 worth of Dogecoins.
The prize fund will get even more significant. On the last day of the initiative, Chipotle will award five winners with $5,000 worth of Bitcoin and one lucky winner will receive $10,000 worth of Bitcoin.
The company’s chief marketing officer Chris Brandt stated:
We want to build the next generation of Chipotle fandom by connecting with the Web3 community.
This is not the first time Chipotle is giving away free Bitcoin. Back in April 2021, the company gave away $100,000 worth of Bitcoin and $100,000 in free burritos as gifts for National Burrito Day.
Chipotle is not only using cryptocurrencies as time-to-time gifts. It has also integrated the crypto payment app Flexa, which allows customers to pay for food in its restaurants using 98 different cryptocurrencies.
