Dubai Racing Club (DRC) will launch a unique NFT artwork collection for horse racing owners, Emirates News Agency said.
“Guided by our visionary leadership, Dubai continues to promote digital innovation in numerous industries, and now we are happy to pioneer virtual assets in the horse racing industry,” said DRC Chairman Sheikh Rashid bin Dalmook Al-Maktoum.
“Horse racing has long been part of Dubai’s DNA, a city of foresight, creativity, and greatness. We think it’s time to advance the sport’s technology.
“A first in the business, our upcoming project will be available to everyone,” he continued.
DRC’s latest collection of NFT digital artwork includes the “Dubai Sprinters,” “Hall of Fame,” and “DWC Runners.”
The Dubai Sprinters collection will contain real-world bargains and advantages and a metaverse initiative that Dubai World Cup organizers hope to showcase soon.
The new NFT project aligns with Dubai’s efforts to build digital assets that help boost UAE sectors.

In recent years, NFTs have transformed asset ownership, and many users now own music videos, artwork, and graphics acquired online with cryptocurrency.
Non-fungible tokens can’t be traded or fractionalized once produced.
