I’m looking for great resources on DAOs. Could you pelase help me in finding one? Specificailly, I’m looking to know answers to the followign questions:

How an ideal DAO looks like.

What do we get rid of if a DAO is made.

What are the problems of a DAO and if it is feasible technically and behaviorially.

An example of existing and running DAOs etc. (smart contracts and code etc)
