Houston-based law firm Bracewell introduced a novel argument that crypto-holders on Voyager can potentially take to recover funds from the company: the private keys that Voyager holds on behalf of customers are not the property of Voyager’s bankruptcy estate and should be property of Voyager customers.
I just spoke to Managing Partner Mark Dendinger and Associate Jeonghoon Ha and they encouraged anyone else that is in my position to reach out to them over the next two weeks. If they get enough people with enough crypto frozen on Voyager interested, they can form their own class action lawsuit against the platform.
You can find the link to their argument below and if you also have any crypto frozen on Voyager you should get in touch with Mark and Jeonghoon ASAP so they can include you in the case! Here are their emails: mark.dendinger@bracewell.com and jeonghoon.ha@bracewell.com
