1inch recently announced an integration with Aurora to offer users cheaper and quicker transactions on multiple DEXs. The network will allow users to access NEAR technologies to enjoy Ethereum’s user-friendliness.
Aurora acts as an EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) that proposes turn-key solutions for developers. It lets them run apps on an Ethereum-supported, future-safe, high-throughput, and scalable platform. It also benefits dApp users with low transaction charges.
The past few months have been critical for Aurora, as the platform running on NEAR has accumulated massive revenue. It currently stands among the best performing third-generation Layer 1 protocols with 491 million dollars in TVL.
Over 100 projects have joined the Aurora ecosystem as it operates on one of the most innovative and secure bridges in the crypto arena. The Aurora Bridge is currently the only completely trustless assets bridge on Ethereum.
It leverages NEAR Protocol’s scalability, offering a higher average block creation speed per second. Since its transaction fee is charged in Ethereum, it offers a positive user experience and long-term sustainability.
Above everything, it enables complete Ethereum compatibility with any need for re-writing dApps to run on Aurora.
This development is critical for both ventures as names like Bastion, Trisolaris, and Aurigami are surging in market recognition. The DeFi protocols are based on Aurora and offer cutting-edge bridge services. Thus, the integration will expose 1inch users to several DEXs on Aurora, including:-
- Trisolaris
- Bastion
- Aurigami
- WannaSwap
- Synapse Bridge
- NearPad
- Curve
- AuroraSwap
- 1inch Limit Order Protocol V2
- DODO
The integration even expands the possibilities of the Aurora network. At the same time, adding such an illustrious DEX aggregator will also benefit the community, added Alex.
Sergej Kunz, Co-Founder of 1inch Network, praised the integration. According to Kunz, the collaboration will leverage NEAR technologies optimally to propose unmatched transaction speeds.
Similarly, Alex Shevchenko, Chief Operating Officer of Aurora Labs, also talked about the partnership. As per Alex, a partnership with 1inch was natural and much-awaited. The entire Aurora Labs team is delighted to welcome 1inch, helping users to enjoy the protocol’s features.
