The firm plans to distribute 10,000 Polium One game consoles to “Polium Pass” partners and holders in 2024, with more units arriving in Q2 2025.
Web3-based company Polium has recently announced that it would be rolling out a brand-new multi-chain gaming console dubbed The Polium One, supporting a 4K Ultra HD resolution with ray tracing, 120fps, and blockchain non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
According to the official announcement issued on July 3rd, the Polium One will be launched in the second half of 2024 and support the Polygon (MATIC), Solana (SOL), ImmutableX, Harmony, EOS, WAX, as well as Ethereum (ETH) blockchains.

The Polium One controller will have some nifty features as well, including a fingerprint scanner for identification and more security. On top of that, players will be able to enjoy their games and perform trades at the same time by simply pressing a “wallet” button on the controller.
As stated by Polium, the Web3 console will have an integrated marketplace app, where users will have access to in-game and non-game non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Another feature includes the Polium Store, which will offer a number of various games, applications, and metaverses for grabbing. A multi-chain wallet will also be part of the console:
“The console will have its own multi-chain wallet for trading, staking, swapping, and receiving tokens. The wallet will be able to communicate with multiple blockchains. Users will have to sign into their wallet in order to use the console.”
Even though the price and the exact release date of the console are yet to be determined, the company noted that NVIDIA is going to assist Polium by providing the console with a custom CPU/GPU.
If you’re still wondering how you can try out the console first, Polium is planning to mint a “Polium Pass” NFT, giving first-hand access to the console on its initial rollout, staking rewards, a free profile picture NFT, and launch events in Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
In terms of the games that will be available on the console, Polium implied that they “are currently in talks with different Web3 game developers” to bring exciting and exclusive games to their players.
The company is said to release 10,000 Polium One gaming consoles to “Polium Pass” partners and holders in 2024, with more copies to come in the second half of 2025.
