In a bid to continue driving blockchain adoption through interoperability, Wanchain has integrated new bridges that connect a handful of DeFi projects. The leading blockchain interoperability solution has deployed bridges that connect Wanchain (WAN) with Moonbeam (GLMR), Moonbeam with the Polkadot Relay Chain, and Moonbeam with Moonriver (MOVR).
In addition to the bridges for the three major projects (GLMR, MOVR, and DOT), Wanchain is set to deploy bridges that are compatible with Moonriver’s Substrate cross-chain assets, namely xcKSM, xcKAR, xcKINT, xcRMRK, xcBNC, and xcKBTC.
Unique solutions for extensive interoperability
Already, these cross-chain assets can send messages between themselves and the Relay Chain. This is possible because they use Polkadot’s XCM format and XCMP transport protocol. These two innovative solutions enable the transfer of Substrate-native assets between a parachain and its relay chain (for example, Moonbeam and Polkadot), as well as between parachains connected to the same relay chain.
As wonderful as the two solutions may be, they are plagued by the same problem that troubles other heterogeneous Layer 1 networks – messages and data cannot be transferred to other ecosystems natively. Enter Wanchain.
As the premier decentralized blockchain solution, Wanchain deploys bridges that facilitate cross-chain data exchange.
